Financial Assistance grant

 Are you seeking help with medical costs or services related to multiple sclerosis? Apply for our Financial Assistance Grant, designed to ease the financial burden of MS-related expenses and empower you to live your best life. Whether your needs align with the items listed below or require funding for something unique to your journey, we're here to support you.

Grants of up to $1,000 can be used for:

  • Medication

  • Physical therapy

  • Massage therapy

  • Acupuncture

  • Gym memberships or accessibility equipment (canes, walkers, rollators, scooters, etc)

  • Co-pays, and more

Our Board convenes monthly to review grant applications submitted before each meeting. Decisions will be shared promptly following review.

Home/vehicle modification grant

If you're pursuing home or vehicle modifications to better accommodate your MS needs, our Home/Vehicle Modification Grant offers financial support to help make your projects a reality. Whether you're undertaking multiple adjustments or focusing on a single crucial project, this grant is here to assist.

Funding is limited to $5,000 per grant. Applicants may choose from our network of reputable contractors or hire a contractor of their own preference to be reviewed and approved by Locke’s Promise.
